PRIVACY

Data we use

NFSMELL does not require an account for public browsing. Google Analytics and PostHog receive page-view and internal-navigation events when configured; Google signals are disabled and PostHog creates person profiles only after an identified event. The site also uses local or session browser storage for selected games, local model snapshots, and the private management token for an alert subscription.

If you opt in to browser alerts, the server stores your push endpoint and encryption keys, selected categories and teams, browser user-agent, consent time, delivery status, and a one-way hash of your management token. To diagnose delivery, the browser reports when its notification display request succeeds; we retain the send time of the latest confirmed push, not your browsing history or whether you read it. Push-service acceptance alone is not proof of device display. NFSMELL does not sell subscriber information or expose the private VAPID signing key. Unsubscribing disables the endpoint; deletion requests can be sent to contact@nfsmell.com.

TERMS OF USE

Informational analysis

NFSMELL publishes independent football analysis, forecasts, and model receipts. Outputs are estimates, not guarantees, professional financial advice, medical diagnoses, or promises of player availability. Users remain responsible for checking official reports, contest rules, sportsbook terms, and local law before acting.

Frozen prediction receipts are preserved for accountability. NFSMELL may correct data or software defects prospectively, but it does not rewrite settled history to improve a record. Automated access must respect published robots rules and must not impair service availability or bypass protected endpoints.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

PASS is a valid result

Betting analysis is for adults who may legally participate where they live. Never wager money needed for housing, food, debt, health, or other essentials. Set limits before betting, do not chase losses, and stop when play is no longer recreational.

NFSMELL withholds a pick when evidence, uncertainty, market integrity, or discrepancy gates fail. A model edge is not certainty. Anyone concerned about gambling behavior should use sportsbook limit and self-exclusion tools and contact an appropriate local support service.

ACCESSIBILITY

Usable football information

NFSMELL aims to support keyboard navigation, semantic headings, readable contrast, text alternatives, responsive layouts, and browser zoom. Report an accessibility barrier with the page address, device, browser, and a short description so it can be reproduced and fixed.

CORRECTIONS

Correct defects, preserve history

Send suspected roster, identity, injury, ranking, attribution, scoring, or display errors to contact@nfsmell.com with the affected URL and an attributable source. Confirmed defects are documented in a new release; frozen pregame receipts remain available under their original version.

DATA ATTRIBUTION

Independent sources, separate estimates

Mock-draft average draft position is provided by Fantasy Football Calculator under its public API usage terms. NFSMELL checks each scoring/league-size feed daily, preserves sample dates and source hashes, and withholds stale or unmatched prices. ADP is market context, not a player grade, a guaranteed selection opportunity, or an endorsement by the source.

SECURITY REPORTING

Report privately first

Send suspected vulnerabilities to contact@nfsmell.com with “Private security report” in the subject. Include only the minimum evidence needed to reproduce the issue. Do not access other users’ data, publish credentials, degrade the service, or test destructive techniques.

Effective September 6, 2026. Material changes will update this date.
